Installing a kitchen is a big job. You will want to consider carefully whether you hire it out or take on the task yourself. If you have experience in this area, you already know what you're up against. If you're a rookie, there's a lot of information out there for the do-it-yourselfer. And you will definitely want extra hands, hopefully experienced ones.

Overview of Cabinet Installation
The most important thing is to establish a level line for the tops of the base cabinets. You definitely want to start level and then continue level. Before you draw the line, determine the highest spot in the floor and begin from there.

If any wall cabinets will be resting on the
countertops, you need to install the bases and countertops first. Otherwise, most people prefer to install the uppers first with the bases out of the way. It is much easier to mount the wall cabinet if you first attach temporary level support boards.

Start attaching cabinets from corners and work
out from there. Continue to check for levelness as you go.

Cabinets (bases and walls) are attached first to the wall by screwing through the back of the
cabinet into the wall and into a stud. Depending on size, there should be at least two screws across the top and also across the bottom.

Once two neighboring cabinets are attached to
the wall, they are then attached to each other
by screwing through the side walls at the front
of the cabinet, top and bottom. Clamp them together before doing so to prevent them from
misaligning.

Each cabinet comes
Ready-to-(Easily)Assemble. Instruction sheet and all necessary hardware is included. All you need is a phillips head screwdriver and about 15 minutes.
These cabinets are easy to assemble. However, if you
do get stuck give us a call
and we'll help you get
unstuck.
Basically, following the diagram, you will be working in alphabetical order. First will be inserting the sides into the front of the cabinet by placing into pre-cut slots, and slipping the hardware together. Then tighten hardware with screws. Continue with the next pieces (bottom, back, shelves) until the box is built. Doors come already attached but you will have to assemble any drawers -- also very easy. Secure the 4 corner support pieces and any drawer hardware (holes are predrilled for you).
